A great evening with 50 guests enjoying a scrumptious “Farm to Table” Culinary Wine Dinner. The pop-up location is rather ‘exciting’ that nite as we hv quite a no. of 👮 outside in case of riot. Nonetheless we had a wonderful time w our special guests from Cru & Whisky magazines introducing the wine pairings; followed by Whisky-tasting w Lobmeyr crystal glasses 🥃.
We savored an exquisite Sake Pairing Dinner on the night when Xi Jinping lands Hong Kong! Traffic diversions didn’t stop us from arriving early – as we are all thrilled to enjoy the YuZake Cocktail that was specifically blended for this occasion by the Mixology team of La Bombance. The breath-taking sunset view was exceptionally spectacular at the 30/F Terrace while we mingle & social with old and new comrades!
The Head Chef Kya Takayuki curated a 7- course Modern Kaiseki menu with the finest seasonal ingredients; and Sake Samurai Ayuchi Momose selected 6 distinctive sake & sweet wine for us, being served in handmade, top-quality Lobmeyr Hong Kong Viennese Crystal Glasses. Such a remarkable Treat!
